I hold a Bachelor of Food Science from McGill University and I'm PCQI-certified. Over 7 years in the food manufacturing industry, I've worked across both QA/QC and R&D product development, supply chain, and operations— which means I don't just design a great product, I understand exactly what it takes to make it safely, compliantly, and profitably at scale.
